As an IRS-approved, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our mission is to empower Americans to take control of their finances by providing local communities with objective financial education.

Ask Marques Miles what he is most passionate about, and he will answer with a single but powerful word: people. 

"The thing that makes us different is our care of people," he says. "Not only people but the story behind the person and their goal to put purpose behind their money." 

Tired of seeing so many families suffer because they do not have access to the financial counseling they need or are subject to one-size-fits-most planning, Marques founded Pathways Reitrement Advisors in 2020. He is dedicated to being a true holistic, independent advisor that helps clients build financial strategies based on their needs and goals. 

Inspired to be a strong financial steward and help others avoid the financial missteps that once plagued his grandparents, Marques now dedicates his life to helping others confidently pursue their retirement dreams and goals. 

"My goal is to make their dreams a reality,"  he says. 

Marques served in the U.S. Air Force and received a combat metal. He is a National Social Seucirty Advisor Certificate Holder and a Registered Financial Counsultant. He is also certified to help identify situational Social Security, which means he can help outline the optimal strategy for you to get the most from Social Security. In 2022, he was named a Top Financial Consultant in Texas. 

A strong community supporter, Marques serves in the fatherhood ministries of Birthright Living Legacy, a non-profit organization that helps fathers and men step into family leadership roles. Marques also supports Folds of Honor, a non-profit serving surviving families of fallen veterans. 

In his free time, Marques loves spending time with his wife, Brooklyn and their two beautiful children, Roman and Taytum. He also enoys playing music, tennis, and going to the lake.
