Mark attended Northwestern State of Louisiana on a track scholarship and graduated with a degree in Political Science. After several years as an owner of 2 sporting goods stores, he changed careers to the life insurance industry and quickly became a top agency producer for what now is Thrivent.
It soon became apparent that to best serve his clients, that he needed more than one company to offer. At that point he became independent offering his client’s financial products and life insurance from many different companies. This ultimately led to partnering with Property & Casualty insurance agencies to provide financial services to their clients.
Mark also created a family of sub accounts (grew to over $100 million in assets) for a large insurance company’s variable life and variable annuity products.
There is a tremendous need for unbiased, credible and qualified information regarding life insurance, retirement, and financial programs. One can only make an informed decision once all relevant information is available and understood. Mark provides that information to his clients and in such a way that they then can make decisions best suited for their specific situation.
Mark also is the founder of Philos Classical Christian School in Chapel Hill, TN which opened in August 2024.
Mark is married with 4 adult children and has 5 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, running, elk hunting, backpacking, and skiing in Montana.
