Terence Brown's journey began in Summerville, SC, just outside Charleston. A former football player at BYU, he crossed paths with his best friend and now wife, Sara. Together, they share their lives with Hoot, their beloved dog and team mascot, known for his love of belly rubs and games of fetch.
Following a brief stint in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins, Terence shifted gears into the Financial Services Industry in 2012. His decision was fueled by the troubling experiences of witnessing teammates receive poor financial guidance, leading him to establish a practice focused on education and strategic planning to prevent such pitfalls.
Rapidly rising to prominence as one of the firm's top and youngest advisors, Terence eventually founded his own practice, Left Tackle Advisors. Specializing in crafting secure retirement plans, he has positively impacted hundreds of families by challenging conventional notions of financial planning. Rejecting the notion of the risk-reward myth, Terence empowers clients to build resilient plans that thrive in any circumstance without compromising on safety.
As a fiduciary and esteemed member of the National Ethics Association (NEA), Terence holds the coveted Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation from The American College. Actively engaged in his community and church, he finds fulfillment in giving back to an industry that has enriched the lives of his clients.
