Kat brings an international flair to the team and the home buying experience. She obtained a degree in Economics from London City University followed by a French Cordon Bleu Diploma. After extensive travel she met her husband and settled initially on the west coast. Here she combined her client service experience with her economics degree by helping individuals and families working in both the loan and property appraisal industries. After taking time off to raise her family, she truly understood what a home means to individuals and families - from providing stability and shelter, to housing memories, to building equity and potentially providing investment potential. She decided that she wanted to help both individuals and families find that piece of real estate - whether it be a home or investment property or simply land that was the right fit for their needs. Kat is extremely proud of her attention to detail and constantly educating herself in the markets, short sale process, foreclosures and design aspect. She is also a Certified Home Staging Expert.
