AFEA Welcomes New Chapter President

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 Oakland/Macomb, MI November 12, 2015- The American Financial Education Alliance, a national advocate for greater financial literacy, announced today that its Board of Directors unanimously voted to name Reno Frazzitta as the new Chapter President of AFEA’s Oakland/Macomb, MI Chapter.

Bringing 20 years of experience to the Chapter, Reno graduated from New York University with his B.S in Economics and International Business. Reno is a certified retirement counselor and an elite advisor with the Ed Slot Organization. He is a member of NAIFA and a member of BBB. Reno is a volunteer with the Westland Goodfellows, an organization through which you adopt a local family for Christmas to provide presents to disadvantaged kids. Reno has been a financial supporter of Grace Centers of Hope for over 10 years.

 AFEA is thrilled to have Reno join us in our mission to empower Americans to take control of their finances by providing educational classes and workshops in communities nationwide.

As Chapter President, Reno will be hosting free financial education workshops throughout the community. The Oakland/Macomb Chapter will also be fundraising to support other local charities including The Society for Financial Awareness. Fifteen percent of all funds raised by AFEA will be donated to local charities with similar missions and causes within the chapter area.
