AFEA Welcomes New Chapter President

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Chagrin Falls, OH, August 1st, 2015- The American Financial Education Alliance, a national advocate for greater financial literacy education in U.S. schools, announced today that its Board of Directors unanimously voted to name John Badalamenti as the new Chapter President of AFEA’s Chagrin Falls, OH Chapter.

Bringing over 15 years of experience to the Chapter, John, a Financial Management graduate of Wayne State University, is excited to be a part of the AFEA team. John is a long-time member of the Lions Club, and has assisted many people in need of financial matters in the Michigan region in the past.

AFEA is thrilled to have John join us in our in our mission to empower Americans to take control of their finances by providing educational classes and workshops in communities nationwide.

As Chapter President, John will be hosting free financial education workshops throughout the Chagrin Falls community. The Chagrin Falls Chapter will also be fundraising to support other local charities. Fifteen percent of all funds raised by AFEA will be donated to local charities with similar missions and causes within the chapter area.
