AFEA Welcomes New Chapter President!


Orlando, FL -  June 12, 2015 - The American Financial Education Alliance, a national advocate for greater financial literacy, announced today that its Board of Directors unanimously voted to name Jerry Kloppe as the new Chapter President of AFEA’s Orlando Chapter.

Bringing 15 years of experience to the Chapter, Jerry, a graduate of Kaiser University, Certified Estate Planner, and a member of the National Social Security Advisors, who currently is involved with the March of Dimes is excited to use AFEA as a new way to give back to the community.

AFEA is thrilled to have Jerry  join us in our mission to empower Americans to take control of their finances by providing educational classes and workshops in communities nationwide.

As Chapter President, Jerry will be hosting free financial education workshops throughout the community. The Orlando Chapter will also be fundraising to support other local charities. Fifteen percent of all funds raised by AFEA will be donated to the Wounded Warrior’s Project.
